Kwinana Administration Master Plan & Concept
As part of the City of Kwinana's long-term vision for its city centre, Gresley Abas prepared a feasibility study, business case, precinct master plan and concept design for the renewal of the civic administration precinct.
The project responds to a growing city and the need for contemporary civic facilities that better support staff, welcome the community and contribute to a vibrant and connected city centre. The master plan establishes a framework for a future civic destination that is accessible, sustainable and distinctly Kwinana, strengthening connections between public spaces, community facilities and the broader urban precinct.
Through stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and design testing, the project developed a clear vision for a contemporary civic heart that supports community pride, participation and future growth.
