Seymour Integrated Health and Community Hub
This project definition and concept design exercise emerged as an integral component of the Seymour Revitalisation Master Plan that was initiated by DELWP.
Gresley Abas were engaged jointly by Mitchell Shire Council and Seymour Health to undertake a project definition exercise.
The key outcomes delivered by this study were:
A project brief and spatial needs analysis developed in consultation with key stakeholders
A master plan and concept design (integrated within the broader framework of the Seymour Revitalisation strategy)
A project cost assessment and roll-out programme
All of these outcomes have helped to inform the business case for a consolidated funding proposal submitted to the Victorian government.
The key skill demonstrated in this project is our ability to work with stakeholders to facilitate a high-level definition of a project addressing the key parameters of the project brief, cost and delivery program to enable the ongoing pursuit of funding and support for the project.
